Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what data Mimolet processes, why it is needed, who may see it, how users can manage it and what security limitations exist. It applies to the website, the Telegram bot t.me/mimoletbot, the Android app, payment features and communication features.

1. Operator

2. Age and User Confirmation

Mimolet is available only to users aged 16 or older. By registering, logging in or continuing to use Mimolet, the user confirms that they are at least 16 years old and may use the service and provide their data.

We do not collect passport data and do not perform full passport age checks for every user. Therefore, we cannot technically guarantee that every registrant has stated their age honestly. However, reports are available inside the service, we review reports promptly and may remove content, restrict features, block or delete accounts if we identify age, legal or policy violations.

3. Data We May Process

• account identifiers: Telegram ID, internal profile ID, email, phone, username, login and session data;
• profile data: name, age, city, country, gender, dating goal, description, height, weight, interests, artists, music, MBTI, zodiac sign, subcultures, lifestyle and other profile fields;
• user content: photos, videos, avatars, voice greetings, messages, chat media, reports and support messages;
• service actions: likes, dislikes, matches, visitors, filters, blocks, reports, chats, calls and other feature usage;
• payment data: selected plan, amount, subscription term, payment status, receipt email, order and payment IDs, recurring payment consent information;
• technical data: IP address, request date and time, browser, device, operating system, WebView, cookies, session ID, remember-token, technical events, errors and abuse signals;
• Android permission data if the user grants access: camera, microphone, photos, videos and files needed for selected features.

4. Purposes

We use data to operate profiles, matching, chats, calls, moderation, account access, payments, recurring subscriptions, support, security, abuse prevention, product maintenance and legal compliance.

5. Information Visible to Other Users

Mimolet is a dating service. Selected profile information is intentionally shown to other registered users: name, age, city, photos, videos, description, interests, goals, activity signals, likes, matches and messages the user sends.

Do not add passport data, home address, bank details, intimate materials or other sensitive information to your profile or messages unless you are ready for other people to see it.

6. Telegram Bot, Website and Android App

Mimolet is available through the Telegram bot, website and Android app. The Android app may work as a shell that opens Mimolet functionality and may request device permissions only for visible features such as uploading media, recording media and voice or video features.

Telegram, Android, app stores, browsers, banks and payment systems may process data under their own rules. Mimolet does not control their internal policies.

7. Recurring Payments and Subscriptions

Mimolet has paid Plus, Premium and Ultra subscriptions. When purchasing a subscription, the user may consent to recurring payments. While auto-renewal is not disabled, Mimolet may initiate future charges according to the selected plan, published price and payment page terms.

For Plus subscriptions of 1, 3 and 7 days, the next period after the initial short period is charged as Plus for 30 days unless the user disables auto-renewal before the next charge. For Premium and Ultra, the term and price are shown before payment. The user may disable auto-renewal in the profile, menu and settings at any time.

8. Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell personal data and do not transfer it to third parties for independent advertising, resale or independent use. Data may still be available to other users as part of the service, to infrastructure and payment providers, to moderation and support contractors, or to authorities when required by law or needed to protect users, rights and security.

9. Scraping, IDOR, Bypass and Violator Responsibility

Mimolet does not intentionally provide user data to third parties for unlawful collection. However, no public or semi-public service can guarantee absolute protection from people who try to scrape profiles, automate collection, bypass the interface, exploit IDOR, authorization bugs, stolen accounts, malware or other unlawful methods.

Such actions are prohibited. Anyone who obtains, copies, distributes or uses Mimolet data through unauthorized means acts independently and bears responsibility under applicable law. Mimolet may block such actions, restrict accounts, contact providers, law enforcement and seek damages.

10. Data Storage in Russia and Retention

Mimolet's main user data and databases are stored on servers in Russia. Retention depends on the purpose: accounts are stored while the user uses the service; payment and accounting data are kept for legal periods; reports, security logs and violation records may be kept longer when needed for safety, investigation, disputes, anti-fraud or legal compliance.

11. Cookies and Sessions

Mimolet uses cookies, PHP sessions, remember-token and similar identifiers to keep users logged in, operate the service and detect suspicious activity. Deleting cookies may require logging in again.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access control, authentication, server-side storage, logging of important events, abuse limits, moderation and secure payment processing through payment partners. No website, bot, app, communication channel or database is absolutely secure. Users must also protect their Telegram account, email, device and payment tools.

13. User Rights

Users may edit profile data, delete available media, disable auto-renewal, request account deletion, contact us regarding data processing and report other users or content. We may request information needed to verify account ownership.

14. Changes

We may update this Policy when the service, features, payments, law or security practices change. The updated version is posted on this page.
