User Agreement

1. Definitions

Service - the Mimolet social platform for users aged 14 and older, built around a vertical video feed and communication, in every version: the Android app on Google Play, the iOS app on the App Store, the Mimolet web app, and Mimolet in Telegram (Telegram Mini App). This Agreement applies to all listed versions. Operator - ООО "Дейтинг" (Russian Federation). User - a person using the Service. Profile - the user profile. Paid Services - subscriptions and additional features.

Key safety rules

• Objectionable content is prohibited.
• Abusive and aggressive behavior is prohibited.
• Mimolet applies a zero-tolerance policy to such content and users.

2. Acceptance

The Agreement is accepted upon registration, login, submitting data, payment or continued use of the Service. If you do not agree with the terms, stop using the Service and delete your account.

3. Age 14+, legal capacity and accuracy of data

Only people aged 14 or older may use the Service. If applicable law sets a higher minimum age for the Service or a particular feature, that higher threshold applies. Users must provide truthful information about their age, identity, photos and intentions.

A user aged 14 to 17 confirms that they use the Service within their legal capacity and have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian where applicable law requires it. Subscriptions and other paid features may be purchased only where the user has the legal right to use the relevant funds or has the necessary consent of a legal guardian.

The Service does not routinely identify every user by passport and does not retain passport copies merely to grant access. Additional proportionate age-assurance or age-estimation methods may be used where required by law or justified by risk. Users are responsible for false information. If a user is established to be under 14 or has not reached a higher age required by applicable law, the account is blocked or deleted, and access may be restricted while a report is reviewed.

4. Account and access security

Keep your email, Telegram, device, passwords and payment methods secure. Transferring or selling an account and using someone else’s account are prohibited. Report any suspected breach to support immediately.

5. Content and rights to materials

You are responsible for the materials you post. By uploading content, you grant Mimolet a royalty-free non-exclusive right to store, process, display and use it to the extent needed to operate and promote the Service and to comply with law. The rights to the content itself remain yours.

6. Prohibited content

Prohibited: pornography and sexualized, exploitative or dangerous content involving minors, prostitution and escort, threats, harassment, fraud, spam, sale of prohibited goods, copyright infringement, publishing other people’s personal data without consent, hate speech and violence.

Posting and distributing LGBT content, promoting non-traditional sexual relationships, and using the Service to seek or establish such relationships are also prohibited.

7. Prohibited actions

Prohibited: data parsing and scraping, bypassing authorization and limits, bot automation, hacking attempts, creating fake accounts, reselling access and any illegal activity. Violations lead to blocking and legal consequences.

8. Communication, meetings and safety

You decide whom to talk to and meet. The Service does not verify users’ background or intentions. Do not send money to strangers, meet in safe public places, and trust your instincts.

9. AI features

AI characters and assistants are marked with an icon and are not humans. Their responses are for entertainment and are not professional, legal, medical or psychological advice.

10. Moderation and complaints

Mimolet has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive or aggressive users.

We review complaints and may hide content, delete materials, restrict features, block accounts or contact competent authorities, if necessary without prior notice.

11. Paid Services

Plus, Premium and Ultra subscriptions and additional features show the price and contents before purchase. Payment means acceptance of the terms. The Service does not guarantee matches, replies or protection from blocking in case of violations. Detailed terms are in the Public Offer.

12. Recurring payments

You may enable auto-renewal. Auto-renewal is turned off in your profile settings or in your app store. Paid periods remain available unless the account is restricted for violations.

13. Refunds

Digital services already provided are generally non-refundable. A refund is possible for technical errors, duplicate charges or non-delivery of a service. Terms are described in the Refund Policy.

14. Intellectual property

The name, logo, design, source code and elements of the Service belong to the operator and are protected by law. Use without permission is prohibited.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and do not control the actions of third parties (users, Telegram, banks, payment systems, app stores).

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses, actions of other users, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.

17. Changes

We may change features, rules, prices and terms. Continued use after a new version is published means acceptance, unless the law requires otherwise.

18. Governing law and disputes

These relations are governed by the law of the operator’s location, unless mandatory rules of the user’s country provide otherwise. The parties will try to resolve disputes through support before going to court. The invalidity of a particular provision does not void the Agreement as a whole. Mandatory consumer rights under local law are preserved.
