This page explains how to delete a Mimolet profile and what happens to data.

1. In-App Deletion

  1. Open Mimolet and log in.
  2. Open profile.
  3. Go to profile menu or settings.
  4. Find account/profile deletion.
  5. Confirm deletion.

2. No Access

Email mimoletdating@gmail.com with the subject "Delete Mimolet account", account email, Telegram ID or profile ID if known. We may request additional information to verify ownership.

Account deletion may be irreversible. Profile, messages, likes, matches, media, settings, subscriptions and action history may not be recoverable.

3. Deleted from Active Service

Profile data, media, dating actions, active sessions, account settings and visible public profile data are removed from the active service where supported.

4. Data That May Be Retained

Backups, payment and accounting records, recurring consent records, refund records, reports, moderation decisions, security records, anti-fraud data and messages already delivered to another user may be retained where needed for technical, legal, safety or dispute reasons.

5. Subscriptions

We recommend disabling auto-renewal before deleting the account. Deletion may terminate paid access. Previously purchased services are not transferred to a new account unless required by law or agreed by support.
