Mimolet is intended only for users aged 16 or older. We do not allow child sexual abuse or exploitation, CSAM, CSAE, grooming, sextortion or any content threatening child safety.
1. Age Restriction
Registration is allowed only from age 16. We do not routinely identify every user by passport or retain passport copies merely to grant access. No method can absolutely guarantee every user's age, but we review reports and credible signals. Accounts established to belong to users under 16 are blocked or deleted, and access may be restricted during review.
2. Prohibited
- CSAM and CSAE;
- sexual content involving minors or people who appear to be minors;
- grooming, intimate communication or intimate media exchange with minors;
- blackmail, sextortion, trafficking, exploitation and coercion;
- requesting, storing, sharing, linking to or promoting CSAM;
- profiles, photos, videos, messages or actions that threaten child safety.
3. Reports and Response
Users can report profiles, messages, media and behavior inside Mimolet. Urgent child safety concerns can be sent to mimoletdating@gmail.com. Mimolet may review reports, remove content, restrict or delete accounts, preserve safety records and report to competent authorities when required by law or needed to protect children.
